For a period of ten years from the date of installation of TimberLook Poly/vinyl composite Venetians & Vertical blinds, we will replace or repair any slat, bottom rail or pelmet that twists or warps out of shape providing adequate protection has been installed to protect windows facing due East & West directions.TimberLook blinds have an additive named, Solartherm. This memory additive insures that the blind will retain its shape when inside or outside temperatures reach up to 60 degrees Celsius.
- The Timber Illusions & TimberImage range of Venetians carry a 10 warranty against fading or warpage.
- For a period of two years from the date of installation, TimberLook will repair or replace any defective or broken part to the DX500 headbox attached to all Venetian blinds.
- For a period of two years from the date of installation, TimberLook will repair or replace all defective or broken parts to the DX8900 Vertical track.

For a period of two years from the date of installation, TimberLook Blinds will replace or repair any defective or broken part, aside from fair wear and tear, to the following products, Fabric/Cloth/Sunscreen Verticals, Holland & Roman Blinds, Aluminium Blinds.
